Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Plano, TX to drive complex infrastructure programs across the Corporate Sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, align technology initiatives with business goals, and manage budgets, risks, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in equity or fixed income markets is a plus. The role calls for strong stakeholder communication, disciplined planning, and the ability to deliver high-quality technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Strong program management, risk mitigation, and multi-workstream tracking.
• Knowledge of electronic trading and infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• LVerage AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data handling.
• Perform traditional PM duties: scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and briefings.
• Ensure service-level reporting across platforms like JIRA, MS Project, Excel, Clarity.
• Specialize in design, implementation and/or support of technology infrastructure.
• Maintain fiscal accountability including forecasting, approvals, and budget adherence.
• Interface with vendors and service providers involved in infrastructure delivery.
• Demonstrate knowledge in electronic trading including liquidity centers and proximity infrastructure.
