Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering large-scale data platform projects.
- Experience coordinating across multiple units with competing priorities.
- Ability to sustain momentum on platform initiatives over multi-year horizons.
- Experience with consumer data platforms and scale for OTT/CTV and web/mobile.
- Ability to build broad, large-scale communications plans.
- Love for data and turning chaos into actionable steps.
- Strong ownership and fast execution without sacrificing quality.
- Experience in Agile development with Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of high-profile data platform projects end-to-end.
- Develop partnerships with engineering, product management and business.
- Forecast risks and resolve blockers proactively.
- Create change management and stakeholder communications plans.
- Document decisions, progress, and issues for executives.
- Lead technical discussions at organizational level.
- Define and manage Agile processes for teams-of-teams.
- Balance capacity across teams to manage priorities.
