Job summary

Disney in New York is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the Business Operations organization to drive clear communication, optimize cross‑team processes, and ensure the Quality Engineering practice and Technology Enablement tools deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with engineering directors and technical leads to understand domains, manage multiple concurrent projects, translate complex topics into concise executive updates, and lead production deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or equivalent.
• Experience working with distributed teams and agile software development.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic thought partner to engineering directors and technical leads, communicating progress, problems, and plans to executives.
• Monitor progress against deliverables and coordinate solutions to keep schedules on track.
• Engage with teams to understand agile processes and drive change and innovation.
• Apply project management expertise to tailor agile practices for software development and QA teams.
