• Ensure transparency of progress; drive risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Communicate status and program summaries to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure roles/responsibilities are understood and deliverables met.
• Collaborate with TPMs and technical leads to coordinate activities.
• Track and report key program metrics.
• Partner with Product to advance intake pipeline and triage as needed.
• Mentor other TPMs to raise overall program maturity.
