Job summary

Centerline, based in Cleveland, GA, is hiring a Tower Technician to perform tower erection, antenna installation, RF testing, and related construction tasks for cellular networks.

The role requires climbing, outdoor work in all weather, and the ability to work as part of a 3-4 person crew across a shifting travel schedule. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing safety training are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cellular construction.
• Valid and insurable driver’s license.
• Excellent physical conditioning and stamina.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain mounts, antennas, and related equipment on towers, rooftops, and structures.
• Install and maintain coaxial and DC power/fiber lines.
• Assist with testing of equipment (sweep, PIM, or fiber).
• Install ice bridges, cable trays, racks, and platforms.
• Travel with Foreman and work in crew of 3–4.
• Other duties as required.
