Proven experience in tooling design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead development of plastic injection tooling projects for performance and cosmetic goals.
Lead suppliers to design and produce tooling and process development.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing and supplier teams on material, feasibility and aesthetics.
Serve as internal tooling authority on mold materials and fabrication techniques.
Institute continuous improvements from design to production ramp.
