Menzner Hardwoods is seeking a qualified Lead Tooling Engineer at our Marathon, WI location. This full-time role reports to the Sr. Project Engineer and will oversee tooling needs for the moulding department.
You will program and operate tooling machines (waterjet and automated profile grinder), create profile drawings, and collaborate with scheduling to optimize efficiency. Strong CAD/CAM experience and leadership abilities are essential.
