The ideal candidate will read blueprints, interpret schematics, and ensure accuracy through precision inspections. The job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of CNC experience in low-volume, high-complexity parts.

• Ability to complete some programming of the machine to make edits and offsets.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to company safety standards and maintain a strong attendance record.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Tool & Die team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to precision and safety.

Essential Job Functions

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify parts meet specifications.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience machining custom, one-of-a-kind parts in a CNC environment (low-volume, high-complexity parts).

Preferred

• Experience programming in CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam for CNC programming.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 50 LBS, lift twist, grab, stand (up to 8 to 10 hours), walk, push, pull, use both hands to lift and lower materials, and perform all other essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
