Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Tool & Die Engineer
• 2+ years in a leadership role preferred
• Ability to stop production or prevent shipment of nonconforming products
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, KeyCreator)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts and analyze data
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and diagrams
• Associate Degree in Tool and Die Technology or related field; Bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain spare parts lists for tooling quotations and manuals.
• Evaluate procedures and recommend improvements.
• Oversee staff and provide guidance to resolve issues.
• Lead the team and provide performance coaching.
• Review drawings to verify spare parts IDs before release.
• Coordinate spare parts orders and identify replacements.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures.

Education

Associate Degree in Tool and Die Technology or related field

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
