Amrize is seeking a Tool & Die Maker in the United States to craft precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds for metal stamping, forging, and molding operations. You will interpret blueprints, operate CNC and manual machines, and assemble components to tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years hands-on experience, a high school diploma with a technical apprenticeship, and strong CAD/CAM and metalworking skills. The role emphasizes safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; formal apprenticeship or technical degree (journeyman status) preferred.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in tool and die making or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of metalworking, machine tool operation, and CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering blueprints to craft, assemble, and repair dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses).
• Cut, shape, file, and assemble metal parts to create or repair dies, jigs, fixtures.
