Qualifications

• Active Infant/Toddler CDA credential is required.
• Experience with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
• Ability to lead classroom routines with patience and structure.
• Strong communication with coworkers and families.
• Commitment to a safe, supportive environment for young children.
• Ability to perform the essential physical demands of a toddler classroom.
• Experience leading lesson planning, classroom management, or team coordination.
• Familiarity with age-appropriate early learning practices.
• Experience documenting observations and using insights to adjust activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom instruction and manage daily learning activities for toddlers.
• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, centers and routines.
• Observe and support children’s development with effective guidance strategies.
