The Malvern School of Marlboro is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Toddler classroom in Marlboro, New Jersey. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and offers the opportunity to develop an engaging Early Childhood Education program while upholding school policies and the Malvern philosophy.

You will create a safe, healthy, and stimulating classroom, communicate regularly with parents, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services.
• Bachelor’s with 30 credit hours in early childhood education and 1 year of experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Associate’s with 30 credit hours and 3 years of experience in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises and implements a superior early childhood program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
• Communicates regularly with parents, in person and via technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.
