The Learning Experience in Overland Park, KS is seeking enthusiastic teachers to provide high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing classroom. You will lead a safe, engaging learning environment and implement our LEAP curriculum to help children learn through play.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about education and care of children.
• 1 year teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Must meet background screening/state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall classroom environment to be safe, nurturing, and engaging for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum and use engaging materials to drive learning through play.
• Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s adventures and progress via various channels.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning atmosphere.
