Chesterbrook Academy in Lisle, IL is seeking a Lead Qualified Toddler Teacher to energize the classroom from 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on curiosity, confidence, and development through discovery and play for toddlers.

You will design age-appropriate activities, maintain a warm routine, and partner with families and co-teachers to deliver an exceptional early-learning experience. Signing bonus available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA OR at least 60 semester hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care required OR AA OR Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education required
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
• Build positive partnerships with families through open, ongoing communication.
