The Learning Experience in Texas is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming classroom where children learn through play and growth. You will implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum® across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while partnering with families and staff to support enrollment and a thriving center.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for educating and caring for children.
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree in ECE or related degree preferred or high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and foster a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff and leadership to reach enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to support a vibrant, seamless learning environment.

Education

Associate degree in ECE or related

High school diploma/GED
