At The Learning Experience, we seek a passionate Toddler Teacher to create a safe and engaging classroom where children learn through play using our LEAP curriculum. You will foster relationships with families and colleagues while guiding preschoolers toward academic and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
