FUNDAMENTALS Child Development Center in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Lead Twos Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and creating a supportive, stimulating classroom for 2-year-olds. You will plan developmentally appropriate activities, document milestones, and communicate progress with families.

Join a team focused on safety, growth, and strong relationships with children and parents. The role emphasizes mentorship of aides and adherence to NC licensing requirements.

Formación

• Experience with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting preferred.
• NC Early Childhood credentials or degree in ECE preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or obtainable.
• Strong communication with children, families, staff.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement curriculum for 2-year-olds.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor and document developmental milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents about growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety standards.
