The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Lead Teacher to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervise assistant teachers, and uphold licensing and safety standards. You will foster positive relationships with students and families while maintaining a clean, organized classroom environment.

Responsibilities include classroom management, staff support, and ensuring program quality in alignment with Montana licensing requirements.

Formación

• Minimum requirement: Level 2 Practitioner Registry or 2+ years of early childhood experience in a licensed program. CDA or BA/Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development or preschool certification is acceptable.
• CPR/first aid: infant, child, and adult CPR/AED and infant choking response with hands-on training.
• Complete facility overview training and be current on the ECP Practitioner Registry.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds and maneuver to/from floor.
• Strong communication skills with children and adults.

Responsabilidades

• Support relationships with families and staff; promote professional environment.
• Document behaviors, incidents, and program updates.

Educación
