Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Southern Hills in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a devoted Toddler Teacher who loves guiding young children through play and discovery. You will create a warm, safe environment for toddlers, lead engaging activities, and partner with families to support development.

The role requires 18+ years, childcare experience, and appropriate educational credentials. CPR/First Aid is required or willing to obtain.

• Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
• Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care
• Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
• Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork

• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)

Qualifications

• 18+ Years Old
• Experience in childcare
• Lead: Meet one of the following:
• Hold a bachelor's or Associate's in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
• Have a Child Development Associate Credential
• Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
• 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred.
