KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS in Lincoln, NE is seeking a passionate Toddler Teacher to guide our toddlers through early adventures. You’ll create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children 18 months to 3 years, plan engaging activities, and support daily routines.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; and ideally some experience in an early childhood setting.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine love for children and a big heart
• Experience in early childhood setting (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)

Qualifications

• 18+ Years Old
• Experience in childcare preferred
• Lead: Meet one of the following:
  • Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
  • Have a Child Development Associate Credential
  • Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
  • 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred.
