The Learning Experience – Astoria is hiring for a full-time early childhood educator at our Astoria location. Join a team dedicated to nurturing young learners with patience, creativity, and care, delivering hands-on activities that spark curiosity.

You’ll foster development across social, language, and cognitive domains, maintain a safe classroom, collaborate with colleagues, and support families through strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience in a licensed daycare or childcare center.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and state compliance requirements.
