Under the Magic Pine Tree in Gardnerville, NV is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom. This full-time role provides hands-on guidance to curious toddlers, building warm relationships with children and families while guiding routines, outdoor play, meals, and rest time.

You will work with an experienced educator during a structured transition into the lead position, with prepared curriculum, classroom resources, and ongoing professional development to support your growth in

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
• Confidence guiding a group of young children through daily routines.
• A patient, positive approach to children's behavior and development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependability, initiative, and a willingness to continue learning.
• Ability to meet Nevada childcare licensing requirements for the assigned position.

Under the Magic Pine Tree is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old classroom in Gardnerville.

We're a Reggio-inspired early childhood program where children learn through exploration, relationships, creativity, and hands-on experiences.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the energy and wonder of two-year-olds and is excited to help them grow in confidence, independence, communication, and friendships.

You’ll have the opportunity to train alongside an experienced educator as you transition into the lead role. We also provide planned curriculum, classroom resources, and ongoing professional development to support your success.
