Job summary

Baldwin Early Learning Center in Millersville, MD is seeking a caring Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom for children ages 2–3. You will support development across social, emotional, physical and cognitive domains.

Responsibilities include planning activities, maintaining a healthy and organized classroom that meets Maryland licensing rules, documenting growth, and partnering with families and staff to uphold high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Meets Maryland Lead Teacher qualifications for a toddler classroom (or is eligible to qualify).
• Previous experience working with toddlers is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences.

• Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Lead Toddler Teacher

Baldwin Early Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The Lead Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment while supporting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children ages 2–3 years.
