The Lead Teacher at Children's Land is responsible for nurturing a vibrant and stimulating learning environment where todders can thrive. This role demands a dedicated individual who can craft engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences that cater to the unique developmental needs of the children. The Lead Teacher must have a comprehensive understanding of child development as it is essential to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.

Compensation And Benefits
  • Health Insurance with Children's Land covering 25% of monthly premiums for full time employees
  • Paid Leave: 40 hours of paid leave per 12-month period.
  • Paid Vacation Days: 5 days per year after completing 1 year of employment, increasing by 2 days after 5 years and by 3 days after 10 years.
  • Holiday Pay: 7 annual national holidays observed and compensated.
  • Compensation Review and Bonuses: annual assessments and pay increases following performance evaluations.
