Teacher Responsibilities:

Our lead teachers coordinate daily classroom operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, or qualifying college credits
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • Completion of state-required pre-service training
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Ability to calmly handle stressful situations and multitask
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including infants for certain roles
  • Meet background check requirements
