Job summary

The Growing Years in Apex, North Carolina, is seeking a Lead Childcare Teacher to guide a Toddler classroom in a supportive, close‑knit school community. You will implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans, foster a warm and engaging learning environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience OR completion of EDU 119/early childhood education credentials with two years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a genuine love for teaching.

Schedule Options

Monday–Friday

• 9:00am–6:00pm
  No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

$18–$20 per hour, based on education and experience
