Job summary

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners in Apex, NC is seeking a Lead Childcare Teacher to guide a toddler classroom with developmentally appropriate lessons. You will create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment and lead a team of assistants to support young learners.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with children and families, coordinating with families via our parent app, and collaborating with Center Director on conferences and ongoing classroom improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or EDU 119/ECE credentials with two years of licensed childcare experience.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Positive attitude and strong communication with families.

Compensation

$18-20 per hour, based on education and experience

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience OR completion of EDU 119/early childhood education credentials and two years of experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to pass required background checks
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
