Job summary

The Learning Experience – Dallas Frankford is hiring a Lead Prepper Teacher to guide toddlers through early development with our LEAP curriculum. You will lead a structured classroom, deliver engaging lessons, and partner with families to support growth.

Required is a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's in ECE is a plus. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable after hire. This full-time role is on site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Prior experience with toddlers preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a structured classroom.
• Deliver age-appropriate lessons using L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create a warm, safe, engaging environment for children.
• Observe and document developmental milestones.
• Communicate with families to build trust and home-school partnership.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership.
• Ensure the classroom remains clean and compliant with licensing and safety requirements.
