Job summary

The Learning Experience in Georgetown, TX seeks a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, nurture a safe learning environment, and deliver the L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants to preschoolers.

You will build strong family connections and partner with leadership to drive enrollment and community engagement. Required are 6+ months of early childhood teaching, an associate degree in ECE or higher (HS diploma acceptable), and knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional early childhood teaching experience (2+ years preferred).
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred or related field; High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR & First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teachers in your classroom, modeling best practices and giving supportive feedback.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel valued and excited to learn.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, designed to spark curiosity and encourage discovery for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
• Build strong connections with families, sharing milestones and achievements through apps, conversations, and daily updates.
• Partner with center leadership to support enrollment goals and create a welcoming community.
• Be a role model with a growth mindset, fostering a lifelong love of learning in every child.
