Job summary

The Learning Experience - Plano is seeking a passionate Twaddler/Prepper Teacher for 2–3 year olds. You will create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment and implement our LEAP curriculum with our fun characters.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, share children’s adventures through the app and in person, and participate in ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways that support your growth.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using our characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and progress via mobile apps and in-person discussions.
