Qualifications

• Experience with children 0–3 in daycare, preschool, or early learning setting.
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• CDA, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
