Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide to lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed for exploration and independence.

You’ll support language, self-regulation, and confidence through observation, individualized lessons, and respectful guidance, while partnering with families and colleagues to create a joyful, respectful community. This role also involves mentoring and pursuing Montessori certification, serving children 0–3.

Competenze

• Experience with children ages 0–3 in group care or early learning.
• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field accepted; Montessori interest preferred.
• Alignment with child-led education approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
