Qualifications

• Ability to observe each child closely and respond to needs
• Experience with child-led approaches (Montessori/Reggio) preferred
• Experience with 0–3 in group care or early learning settings
• ECE or Child Development credits and a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment
• Observe and support each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom that fosters focus and independence
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language development, and grace and courtesy
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
