Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical authority for advanced tissue manufacturing and laser processing.
• Lead technology project workstreams from concept to implementation, including specifications.
• Develop system architecture, interfaces, and validation strategies for optics and laser equipment.
• Collaborate with TABCOE, NPD, NPI, Quality, Regulatory, and suppliers to translate design into production.
