Job summary

A construction management firm is seeking a Superintendent, Tenant Improvement & Special Projects to manage safety and operations on job-sites. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, over 7 years of experience, and 5+ years as a Lead Superintendent. This role includes developing schedules, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Competitive pay range is $135,000 - $190,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction field experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Lead Superintendent.
• Experience in Tenant Improvement and/or commercial construction.
• OSHA-30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safe and orderly worksite.
• Develop and manage the schedule for a project.
• Lead all aspects of subcontractor coordination.
• Develop and maintain a complete site layout plan.
• Partner to develop and maintain project-specific quality control program.
• Identify needs, manage and maintain equipment.
• Develop and lead the team to do their best work.
