Job summary

AttoTude inc. is seeking a THz IC Design Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge interconnect ICs for AI and hyperscale data center applications.

You will own the full design cycle from concept through to production, working with a team of seasoned engineers in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 10+ years in III-V IC design and a strong background in analog blocks, high-speed interconnects, VCOs and TWA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on III-V IC design experience in Bipolar and HEMT processes.
• Expertise in high-speed interconnects, VCOs, TWA, and mixers (active and passive).
• Strong analog block design background (ESD, matching networks).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop THz ICs for cutting edge AI and Cloud Computing systems.
• Own full design cycle including architecture, block design, simulation, verification, layout and evaluation.
• Drive high-speed IC design with >100 GHz bandwidth in Si, SiGe and III-V technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and tape-outs.
• Stay updated with latest trends in wideband high-speed IC design and apply improvements.
