Job summary

AttoTude inc. in California, Menlo Park, seeks a highly experienced Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead to act as technical lead from concept to production. This hands-on role requires deep expertise and the ability to guide a team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge ICs for AI and cloud systems.

You will own the full design cycle, drive high-speed interconnects and analog blocks, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely tape-outs. Occasional travel (<10%) is required for a remote position while staying aligned with Bay Area goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on CMOS mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Strong background in analog and digital mixed-signal design including charge pumps and power control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of mixed-signal ICs for AI and cloud systems.
• Own the full design cycle from architecture to tape-out.
• Drive high-speed interconnects (PAM4 SerDes >112Gbps) and analog blocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Verify and optimize layouts and electrical performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply new methodologies.
