Qualifications

• 7+ years leading critical projects with measurable impact.
• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on failure analysis, FMEA, SPC/FDC or similar methods.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methods.
• Lead evaluations of process, equipment, and materials; implement improvements.
• Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Validate and scale new process baselines, tools, and materials for new products.
• Manage and audit suppliers; support audits and process portability.
