Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Minimum 6 years relevant job experience (ideal).
• Nuclear experience preferred.
• Experience in thermal performance analysis of steam cycle components and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and perform tasks to meet objectives.
• Lead interpretation and analysis of complex thermal performance issues for Vistra nuclear units.
• Coordinate assigned projects, studies and initiatives through completion.
• Comply with safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide oversight of vendor activities such as tests and walkdowns.
• Prepare and present reports including recommendations to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in and occasionally lead special projects and committees including external organizations.
