Job summary

KIDS ABA Services in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Lead ABA Therapist for in-home services. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clients' homes and guide RBTs, ensuring clinical integrity and clear communication with families.

The role requires independence, professionalism, and the ability to model intervention techniques, review data, and maintain boundaries. A Bachelor's degree and ABA experience are required; RBT is a plus, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years ABA experience, including in-home or community-based therapy.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Must pass state background checks and meet in-home service requirements.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.

• Ensure the treatment plan is implemented as designed and remains effective.

Salary Range: $22.00

Deliver high‑quality ABA therapy in clients’ homes while providing guidance, modeling, and support to RBTs delivering in‑home sessions. The role requires strong independence, professionalism, and effective communication with families while maintaining clinical integrity and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Work a maximum of six (6) hours each week per client, with at least four (4) hours in the customer’s home; the remaining two (2) hours may be worked outside the client’s home as needed.
• Ensure the treatment plan is implemented as designed and remains effective.
• Review all data collected by the line therapist and the parent/guardian.
