Job summary

Springboard ABA in Little Rock, AR seeks a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children in-home and in school settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust programming while supporting RBTs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

We're currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Little Rock, AR, and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $85,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Or, choose our hourly-rate track: start at $80/hour for your first 2 clients, then earn an automatic hourly rate increase once you reach 4 clients, with another increase for every additional 2 clients you take on

• Performance-based bonus opportunities
