Paradigm Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Therapist to join our Idaho team. This role combines direct client care with leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Clinical Director and mentoring therapists, interns, and staff.

You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents, develop treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary planning while upholding high clinical standards in a supportive, ethical environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Current applicable clinical licensure in marriage and family therapy or psychology.
• At least three years of behavioral healthcare experience.
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Adolescent or residential treatment experience preferred.
• Doctorate in psychology or a related field preferred.

Paradigm Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Therapist to join our Idaho team. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to remain involved in direct client care while expanding their leadership experience.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Lead Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents while serving as a clinical resource and mentor to therapists, interns, associates, and support staff.

Salary Range

$95,000 - $100,000 USD
