Paradigm Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Therapist to join our Idaho team. This role combines direct client care with leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Clinical Director.

Paradigm Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Therapist to join our Idaho team. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to remain involved in direct client care while expanding their leadership experience.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Lead Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents while serving as a clinical resource and mentor to therapists, interns, associates, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Salary Range

$95,000 - $100,000 USD
