Job summary

Cedar Recovery is seeking a Lead Therapist to oversee group and individual therapy, perform assessments, and guide treatment planning. The role includes supervising a team of therapists, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, licensure (LPC-MHSP or LCSW) preferred, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; Licensed clinician preferred (LPC-MHSP, LCSW).
• Minimum two years of related field experience.
• Experience leading therapy teams and coordinating care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Cedar Recovery care values and ensure patient-centered care.
• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
• Administer assessments and develop treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Supervise therapy staff and collaborate with medical and admin teams.
• Maintain licensure and complete CEUs as required.
