Job summary

We-Level-Up is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide comprehensive therapeutic services, assess client needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will deliver individual and group therapy, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of clinical experience with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse facility.
• Proven track record of working effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with additional resources and support services as needed.
