Job summary

Muir Wood Teen Treatment in Riverside is seeking an experienced licensed therapist for its adolescent residential treatment program. You will act as a primary therapist, seeing clients day-to-day and serving as a trusted partner to the Clinical Director, with a pathway to clinical leadership.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000–$135,000 based on experience, plus a $10k sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Active CA license: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD.
• 3+ years in adolescent residential treatment or intensive behavioral health.
• Meets California requirements to supervise associate clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Carry a full clinical caseload — individual, family, and group therapy.
• Serve as trusted partner with the Clinical Director.
• Supervise AMFT, APCC, and ASW clinicians.
• Support therapists with case conceptualization and planning.
• Lead treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and educators.
