$75,000–$115,000 (based on experience) + $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for Licensed Therapists | Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD/PsyD) OR Associate (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) | Riverside County, CA | Full-Time
This position is full-time, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for teens ages 12–17 in our Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment program in Riverside County. You'll be embedded in the milieu alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians—not isolated in an office. This is meaningful clinical work with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges. You will have the opportunity to work in both boys and girls programs based on organizational and client needs, supporting individual and group therapy.
