Job summary

Muir Wood Healthcare is seeking an experienced, licensed therapist for our adolescent residential treatment program in Riverside, CA. This role is a full-time clinical lead with day-to-day caseload and the potential to support Clinical Director decisions.

You will mentor AMFT, APCC, and ASW clinicians while advancing clinical leadership within the team. Salary range is $120,000–$135,000 with a $10k sign-on bonus, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or MFT

Responsibilities

• Carry a full clinical caseload — adolescents and families
• Serve as trusted partner with Clinical Director and clinical team
• Lead clinical decision-making and coverage in the Director's absence
• Supervise AMFT, APCC, and ASW clinicians
• Support treatment planning, family work, and complex clinical decisions
• Lead treatment team meetings and case consultations
• Coach and mentor therapists and care staff
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and residential staff
• Support admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
• Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards
• Participate in leadership on-call rotation
