The Role

We're looking for a Lead Therapist for our mental health program in Matawan, NJ. You'll provide therapy, guide and support the clinical team, and help keep the quality of care high every day. This is a role for a licensed clinician who leads by example.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the program's team of therapists
• Carry a clinical caseload and provide individual and group therapy

What You Bring
