Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring team participation at home contests, assisting with transportation and game logistics, and maintaining equipment inventory. Certifications in MSHSAA principles and first aid are required.

Qualifications

• Must complete MSHSAA/NFHS Coaching Principles Course.
• Must complete Sports First Aid courses.
• Knowledge of sport philosophy and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the school's athletic program and student-athlete growth.
• Lead team dynamics aligned with MSHSAA standards for Sideline Cheer.
• Plan and organize activities that support the school’s athletic teams.
• Ensure Cheer/Dance Team participation at all home JV and Varsity contests.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; submit documentation to the Athletic Director.
• Collaborate with Head Coaches on transportation and game management.
